The CATS, CATS, CATS Fedora is handmade from royal blue toquilla straw with a royal blue grosgrain band accented with white, black and blue feathers.
Fits head sizes 22"-24" with an adjustable sweatband to accommodate smaller head sizes.
Feathers will vary slightly making each hat one of a kind.
